- 150 mg – where you get an oval, white oral tablet with 215 stamped on one side of the pill.
- 200 mg – where you get a rectangle, white oral tablet with 220 stamped on one side of the pill.
- 250 mg – where you get a round, white oral tablet with 225 stamped on one side of the pill.
